As a Technology Program Manager (Outcome Lead), you will be working for our client, a global financial institution at the forefront of digital transformation. You’ll play a crucial role within a self-managed team, developing and maintaining core applications and services. Partnering with Operations Project Sponsors, Technology Architects, Business Analysts, and Development teams, you’ll oversee the delivery of key projects for Regulatory & Compliance, War on Manual Control, and Book of Work initiatives.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of project needs, ensuring adherence to timescale and budget
  • Facilitate project and/or program governance meetings
  • Drive program strategy and approach across multiple projects, garnering stakeholder buy-in
  • Proactively manage delivery, balancing scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and budgets
  • Monitor progress, issues, dependencies, and risks, providing recommendations to maintain progress
  • Direct IT Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other resources to deliver projects within the program

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

  • Experience in engaging with senior management and global stakeholders
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, fostering collaboration
  • Proactive risk management ability, with adeptness in building risk management plans
  • Sound understanding of value units, products, regions, legal entities, and industry challenges
  • Management experience, including budget and planning responsibilities
  • Departmental management support experience
  • Proficiency in data analysis, transforming data into actionable insights
  • Strong presentation skills, using PowerPoint and dashboards for executive reporting
  • Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, fostering partnerships
  • Customer-centric and commercially minded approach, recognizing technology’s potential benefits
  • Experience in tracking and monitoring team roadmaps and milestones
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience, preferably in Financial Services
  • Degree in Technology or Business-related subject preferred
  • Fluent English
