As a Test Automation Developer, you will be working for our client, one of the leaders in online banking. We’re seeking a skilled individual to join our agile team and contribute to the development of software solutions for compliance, legal, risk management, and executive bodies.
Your main responsibilities: Designing, creating, and maintaining automated tests for web applications
- Conducting exploratory tests to identify UX and usability issues
- Developing and co-creating quality assurance processes within the team
- Supporting the team in code reviews
- Creating and maintaining test documentation for designed solutions
- Managing environments for automated tests
- Preparing test data, mocks, and reports
- Active participation in SCRUM team activities
You’re ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing UI automated tests
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and familiarity with SOLID, KISS, DRY principles
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Puppeteer/Playwright
- Ability to test REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with relational databases and data extraction
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure Test Plans, XRay) and task management tools (Azure Boards, Jira)
- Proficiency in version control systems, e.g., GIT
- Understanding of quality assurance best practices, e.g., Page Object Pattern
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
