As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global investment bank renowned for its vast technological infrastructure and commitment to operational excellence. You will be a key player in the Distributed Infrastructure Operations team, supporting mission-critical services from a state-of-the-art regional Command Centre. Collaborating closely with international teams across multiple continents, you will be responsible for incident management, change implementation, and process optimization.

Your main responsibilities: Handle incidents and execute changes within the distributed and network environment

• Support Shift Leads and Managers by executing operational procedures based on knowledge base documentation
• Engage upper-level support teams, platform leads, and stakeholders as needed
• Provide Tier I technical support for the global infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve simple or scripted incidents using predefined procedures
• Coordinate and implement scripted or routine infrastructure changes
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier II support in alignment with operating procedures
• Record and update technical details in the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Identify severe technology degradation and notify Command Centre Management immediately
• Contribute to process improvements by proposing new steps or optimizing existing workflows

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or support
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and server infrastructure
• Solid understanding of multilayer technology environments
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues under pressure
• Effective communication skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to strictly follow controlled operational procedures
