As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you will be working for our client, a global financial institution, supporting projects of various sizes and scopes across multiple workstreams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Tracking the financial performance of the project portfolio
• Monitoring risks and issues throughout project lifecycles
• Coordinating regular project and program-level reporting activities
• Managing the collection, collation, and processing of project information
• Assisting in implementing project standards across initiatives
• Updating project documentation and process documents
• Coordinating project and program-level governance meetings

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or related roles
• Understanding of Portfolio Financial Management principles
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms
• Ability to organize, structure, and communicate effectively
• Experience in virtual team environments across diverse cultures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starting attitude with the ability to manage various tasks
• Familiarity with PMO services like Planning, Tracking, Risk Management
• Attention to details

It is a strong plus if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience of supporting key project management office services
